Sleep

Many people I work with experience difficulties with sleep - whether that’s trouble falling asleep, waking during the night or ongoing insomnia. Sleep is closely linked to how we manage stress, regulate our nervous system and maintain consistent daily habits. When these are disrupted, sleep is often affected.

How I work with Sleep

I offer a structured but flexible program over 5 sessions, designed to support more consistent and restorative sleep. The work combines practical changes to daily habits with specific breathing techniques that help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for sleep.

What the programme includes:

Over the course of the sessions we explore:

  • Patterns and habits that may be affecting sleep

  • Simple changes to support more consistent routines

  • Breathing techniques to help settle the body and mind

  • Practical approaches that can be used during the day and at night

The focus is on developing approaches that are realistic, sustainable and work for you.

“ Sleep can take time to improve, but with the right structure, support and some perseverance most people notice meaningful changes over a relatively short period of time.”
