Coaching provides a space to step back, reflect and think clearly about what matters to you.
It can be valuable during periods of change, challenge or when something in life doesn’t feel straightforward.
What coaching can help with
People come to coaching for a range of reasons. This might include:
Thinking about direction - in work, life or both
Navigating periods of change or uncertainty
Managing stress, pressure or health challenges
Working through specific situations or decisions
Developing greater self awareness and understanding
Often, it is simply about having the time and space to think things through properly.
How I work
Coaching sessions are shaped around the individual. Sometimes the work focuses on specific questions or situations. At other times it is more open and exploratory, allowing space for reflection and new perspectives to emerge. Many people find a combination of both works well.
Format
Sessions are one to one and can take place in person or online.
Coaching and Breathwork
Where helpful, breathwork can be integrated into coaching sessions. Coaching creates space for reflection and clear thinking, while breathwork works more directly with the body and nervous system. Together they can support clarity, resilience and deeper awareness.
