This work focuses on improving everyday breathing patterns that can impact physical and ,mental health. Many people develop habits such as over breathing or mouth breathing, which can contribute to stress, fatigue and disrupted sleep. By restoring more functional breathing patterns, this approach can support calm, energy levels and overall wellbeing. It also gives you a tool box that you can use in a variety of situations.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided, continuous breathing practice that creates a more immersive and embodied experience. Working in this way can bring awareness to patterns of tension, emotion and response that are often held beneath the surface. The process can support reflection, emotional release and new insight, within a structured and supported environment.
How I Work
I work with people one to one or in small groups, either online or in-person. Sessions will be individually tailored, draw on different approaches and may also be integrated with coaching, depending on what is most helpful.
