I work one-to-one or in groups with people who want to create meaningful, lasting change.
People come to this work for many different reasons — navigating career decisions, managing periods of personal change, dealing with health challenges, or simply wanting the space to think more clearly and develop greater insight.
My background combines senior leadership experience with professional coaching and breathwork training. I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Coaching, an MBA, and I am a triple-certified breathwork instructor. I have also spent more than twenty years working at Director level in large organisations.
This experience means I understand the realities of working life — including pressure, responsibility, and the challenges that come with managing complex roles and transitions.
Alongside this, my approach is also informed by personal experience of navigating periods of significant challenge, including major health issues. This has shaped how I work, and the importance I place on reflection, resilience, purpose, and having the right kind of support when things are difficult.
My work brings together coaching and breathwork. Coaching creates space for reflection, perspective and clear thinking, while breathwork works more directly with the body and nervous system.
The two can be used separately or combined, depending on what is most helpful.
While people often come to coaching to explore personal development or navigate challenges, this work often leads to broader change.
Many clients find that greater insight and self-awareness also create new opportunities in their lives and careers, along with a stronger sense of alignment with who they are, the work they do, and how they want to live.
